How do I purchase a ticket?
You can buy your ticket online through our website or at the venue on the day of the show.

What time does the box office open on the day of the show?
The box office usually opens 1 and a half hour before the show at the venue.

Do I have to buy my ticket online?
No, you can buy your ticket at the venue on the day of the show, if tickets are not sold out.

What happens if the show is sold out?
You can wait until 5 minutes before the show. This is when we release the tickets that were bought in advance by other patrons.

What if I bought my ticket but I can't come?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges for tickets. You may try to sell your ticket to a friend who can attend. You will need to contact us and let us know to whom you are transferring the ticket. You may also donate the tickets back to eyeBLINK.

I was running late and eyeBLINK released my ticket. Now what?
eyeBLINK releases the ticket 5 minutes prior to the show in order to start the show on time and fill the seats. We ask that all patrons arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the show time and take into account traffic and subway delays.

What time should I arrive to the show?
We suggest that you arrive approximately 20-30 miinutes before the show time to pick up and buy tickets.

How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets are purchased through paypal. Your paypal confirmation will serve as your e-ticket. Please bring that to the show as no tickets will be mailed to you.

What is your late seating policy?
We are unable to seat late-comers. Don't miss out! Arrive on time!

Can I bring my children to the shows?
Yes, but please make sure that they are well-behaved. You may be asked to leave the theatre if there is excessive noise. If the child is in school, they will be able to get a 10% discount for tickets purchased in advance. All audience members must have a ticket.

Is photography or videography permitted?
No. We ask that you respect the performers and put away your cameras. eyeBLINK has professional photographers and videographers at all shows and pics / video may be purchased at a later time.

Are the shows handicap accessible?
Yes, we book venues that accommodate people of all types.

What do I wear?
There is no dress code at eyeBLINK. You may wear business or casual attire. If you're confortable, then we're comfortable! Shirts and shoes must be worn.
