2004-2005 Season

American Colors
Producers Club Grand Theatre
358 West 44th Street
NYC

The 2004 – 2005 season, our first season for American Colors, featured American playwrights, those we consider “classic” playwrights because their works make up the foundation of American theatre. These works speak to audiences of all types and their themes are universal. For the first season of American Colors, we took two or three plays and asked directors to pick their favorite act / scene. Each part had different multicultural casts and directors. The result was a rejuvenation of these classic plays and an opportunity for audiences to think about the themes presented in the context of multiculturalism.
